This page presents a collection of great work that I have been able to do through my journey in the teaching practice during the two semesters, what I called my best practice. I would present artifacts and reflections to show how my teaching associated with the teaching competency areas, my PDP, and my teaching philosophy.
Planning for learning is one of the essential elements to present successful lessons. Thus, I had to search for various activities and strategies to create an effective lesson that would be understandable for the learners and involve each student in the class. I spent a lot of time planning for the lessons because there were different learning styles and levels of learners, so there should be various types of activities. As a result of preparing active lesson plans, most of the students were involved and motivated to learn more and they were able to participate and answer the activities in the class. As I mentioned in my PDP using different activities that targeted different learning styles. I would present some examples of successful lesson plans that I implemented during my practice.

Video of the story that created by me.
This was a successful lesson plan where I used a poster of the main character of the lesson "camel" to present the purpose of each body part. Also, I used different hands-on activities that made the students enthusiastic to build new information. Additionally, my MCT wonder of my lesson and how I created the story as a video with voice and charterers. furthermore, the lesson was successful because it was clear and designed effectively to their levels.

Planning for this lesson was focused to depend on real materials in presenting the new vocabulary and to use the material to the rest of the class. thus, using real materials in the classroom engaged the learners and helped them to link the information with the real life and to improve their understanding. Furthermore, most of the students learned the vocabulary in a short time and they were able to use them in the speaking and in the activities.
commitment to the profession:
Spending most of the time of the course in a school for over three months will absolutely make you feel that you are part of the school. When I had my last TP, I never feel upset and I found my self one of the school member, not just a trainee student. Participating in most of the activities and school events made me feel that I am belong to the school and do not feel shy to introduce activities and to share ideas with school stuff.
I had many chances to be part of various duties of a real teacher, and that improved my relationship with the people around me. In term of showing my willingness to work and be an active part of the school, I was trying hard to leave a fingerprint all over the school. Additionally, I had several meetings to share my ideas with the events' director and to divide the work between us. Thus, working with different groups helped me to develop my professional skills and to improve my planning strategies.

The most successful event that I participated in was the English week because I had the chance to work with different groups and various grade levels. besides, it was helpful for my action research since it included reading activities and storytelling sessions. through implemented storytelling sessions for different grades level, I had a chance to learn more effective skills and to improve my strategies.
Managing Learning
As a human being we like everything around us attractive and organized to involve and to feel belonging. What I mean that if the classroom organized and managed well it would be more supportive and effective for learning. Furthermore, when I organized my classroom I have provided it with meaningful posters and materials such as classroom rules and behavior chart. Additionally, I posted classroom jobs poster in the wall that included cards with names like the leader, helper, materials manager and noise monitor so each learner has his own job during the classes. When I gave each learner her job and I adopted them, I noticed a great aspect in all of them and that they like to show a high performance for their jobs. Thus, classroom jobs and rules helped me in managing the students' behavior and performance during the lessons, and I found it as an interesting part in managing the classroom.

Assessment
In this section, I would like to share some examples of assessments that prepared to allow learners to create their own ideas and presenting their work in front of the class. I provided my students with clear instructions and useful material to use to assess their understanding. As shown in the lesson plan below, each group had to create a poster about the five senses and then each group should present their poster in front of the class. Thus, I provided A3 papers, markers, and sticky pictures for each group, and I was amazed by the way of how they presented their posters. I strongly support that providing the learners with guiding materials would encourage them to present their understanding. Consequently, I implemented the same assessment strategy in various lessons with several materials, because it helped me to reflect on students' comprehension level and my own teaching.
