Reports and observations
I strongly believes that feedback is one of the significant element that improved my performance and developed my teaching. Thus, without my MCT's and MST's observations i would never be able to notice my weakness to improve them, which is not beneficial for the teachers.
In this page i will share some of the feedback from my MST my MCT during the teaching practice.
Reports and observations
Teaching grade four learners was enjoyable, but managing their behavior during the class was challenging because most of them were kinesthetic learners. In the first semester, my MCT asked me to find effective ways to make the class more students' centered and to manage the learning environment by using the timer, and provide a role for each learner. Through researching, I found that implement classroom jobs would be effective to manage the learning, so I implemented it and each member of the group has a role. As results, I was able to have the whole class attention and they the learning environment was well managed. moreover, my MCT noticed the improvement in the next observation visits.

​In term of presenting suitable lesson plans for fourth graders, I always went through the lessons' objectives that were provided by the MOE (ministry of education) and made sure to create various activities that suites learners with different learning styles. The lesson plans were focusing on student-centered activities that were provided in different phases. I trust that planning for learning by using different styles of activities had created my lesson plans more comprehensible.
These are some examples of my MST feedback.
Implementing learning is an important stage for the teachers because in this stage where the teacher should show everything that she planned to do. As my MCT mentioned my classes were focusing on using different learning styles of activities to improve the students' understanding and to provide effective learning opportunities. I provided the learners with visuals, real objectives, role-play activities, and storytelling sessions which helped my students to improve their comprehension skills and to be able to complete the given activities.
I would share my college mentor's comments on my lesson during the teaching practice. My teacher amazed by all the new strategies and activities i implemented for teaching the learners. Moreover, I was always looking back to the previous comments to develop my teaching and i worked hard to improve my weakness. I believed that these comments enhanced my teaching performance and made me more comfortable while teaching.

​Her I will share my MST's feedback on my lessons which shows that she liked the used materials in the classes. My MST noticed that the learners were highly involved with my teaching and they were always ready to participate and interact in the classes. Thus, I mostly used new websites and skills to create activities that suit for the learners' educational and mental level. I found that my MST's feedback sessions were helpful and I used them to improve my classes.
